Services
A good product or service is not enough to be successful
The company was essentially born from a project idea (startup) to create a system made up of people and technologies. In this type of growth, however, there are many aspects that can be underestimated and even not considered; I'm those environmental, human, social, technical and organizational variables that condition the success of the company.
In my professional experience I have met many entrepreneurs and managers focused on saving on human, technological and logistic resources, to cope with the constant increases in business management. Even if the “direct” saving is an important aspect for a breath of economic flow in the short term, it is not decisive for a long term optimization.
Only the combination of efficiency and effectiveness leads to constant and ever-increasing “indirect” savings, thus avoiding waste, misinformation and slow production processes.
The company can be compared to an engine. Building an engine that works well, with the right gears and does not wear out immediately, each with its specific role and function, with execution speed in line with a single strategic goal, is not for everyone, but everyone can use an engine like this one, working and performing.
The corporate reorganization, for example, implies a reorganization of the internal organizational structure, a revision of the operating systems or mechanisms, the definition and drafting of processes and procedures, the division of labor, the correct communication of the data (in the right manner and time), the performance of corporate functions, the leadership style and, last but not least, the corporate culture which is the fuel for making the system work at full capacity.
efficiency
They all have untapped potential
Sometimes I have heard from some entrepreneurs wondering why their product could not to grow the company. It is not uncommon to create oneself expectations based only on the goodness of the product or on technological innovation. Unfortunately, however, a good product is not enough.
The success of a company is determined not only from a good product but also and above all from operational efficiency.
To get a more articulated idea, we can refer business efficiency to a large puzzle, in which each piece it must be inserted in the right place and integrated with the others, without changing the original design that unites them, that is, the business strategy.
Each piece must therefore be optimized and made compatible with the others.
