In the last two  lustrums  I have dedicated myself to restructuring the companies under the Management  General.

My previous professional experiences were born as a technician and then move on to commercial, marketing up to the management of a company that is part of an IT group as Sole Administrator.

My major is in Business Administration and Management (Business Administration).

Basically, I optimize the processes (production, administrative, communication, sales, etc.) of companies to make them more efficient and effective.

My professional contribution and my management experience is transversal to all companies that suffer from imbalances between production and sale of services and / or products, between costs and revenues, between situations with obvious economic implications and resource management.
